Why your custom piece of jewelry ships within 48 hours

Custom jewelry often sounds like a long wait. Not with us: when you put together a necklace or bracelet in our Online Charm Bar, we ship it within 48 hours on working days. Within Germany it usually reaches you 1 to 3 days later, and shipping there is free. Here is how we do it.

Why it's so quick with us

The reason is simple: everything is already here in our studio in Kiel. Chains and charms are ready and waiting in their compartments. We have nothing to reorder and no production elsewhere to wait for.

As soon as your order arrives, we pick out your chain and your charms, assemble them by hand, and attach each charm exactly where you placed it. Then one more check, packing, and off to the post office. Short distances, a small team, no stops in between.

You see what you get

The preview shows real photos of our chains, with the charms hanging on them at the right scale. So while you design, you can already see how your piece really looks. And you can see right away whether the dolphin and the pearl get along.

You decide on every spot

You don't just choose which charms you want, but also where they sit. Spots can stay empty, and we follow your arrangement.

Just as easy on your phone

Many people browse on the go, so we built the Charm Bar for phones first. The preview stays in view while you look through the charms, and one tap makes it bigger.

Made by hand and repairable

Your piece doesn't come from a machine, it comes from our hands. And if something does break, we repair it for free in the first 12 months, no matter what happened. You only pay the postage to send it to us.
