This bracelet is made from a cute golden stainless steel chain, and a stunning pāua shell piece shaped by the ocean. The pāua shell is an abalone species only found along the stunning coast of New Zealand. The shell also often referred to as mother-of-pearl is not only gorgeous but also durable and long-lasting.

We craft each of our pieces of jewelry in our small studio in Kiel, and if you'd like to experience how it's done yourself, we offer jewelry workshops throughout Northern Germany.

Our jewelry is very easy to repair. In addition to the statutory warranty, we will cover any repair case within the first 12 months after your order, no matter whose fault it is – we won't ask questions and will simply fix it. You only bear the postage costs for the return shipment.

Who is behind Salty Dreamers?
We are Fynn & Felize, and that's it. Five years ago, we returned from a trip to New Zealand with a lot of inspiration and the desire to create jewelry with meaning. Since then, we've been making everything in Kiel.

What exactly is the Paua shell?
The Paua shell is a sea snail from New Zealand and belongs to the abalone family. It is known for its exceptionally vibrant colors. No two shells are alike; each is a unique natural specimen. In New Zealand's Māori culture, Paua symbolizes protection and a connection to the sea. We source our shells sustainably and certified from New Zealand and transform the fragments into jewelry by hand. You can find more information here.
