We are Salty Dreamers, a handmade jewelry brand from Kiel. We craft ocean-inspired jewelry right on the Baltic coast and have been bringing groups together for a few years who want to experience something special. Not your typical event program, but a good time, an authentic atmosphere, and memories that last.
Our workshops are perfect for bachelorette parties (JGA), birthdays, girls' nights, baby showers, and team-building events. What sets us apart from classic parties: everyone goes home with something they made themselves.

We are based in Kiel but are available for bookings throughout Schleswig-Holstein & Hamburg.

Who is the workshop suitable for?
For everyone who wants to get creative and design their own jewelry. Private group bookings are possible for 6 people or more and are particularly suitable for: bachelorette parties, birthdays or team events. For smaller groups, our public dates are ideal.
Do I need to have hands-on experience?
No, not at all. We will guide you step by step through everything; all you need is a desire for something creative and the joy of creating something with your own hands. A little tip: Think beforehand about what kind of jewelry you want to make; that will make starting even easier.
What materials are available on-site?
We offer a wide selection of freshwater pearls, shells, sea glass, glass beads, and various chains and clasps in gold and silver. And the best part is: If you have found treasures like beach glass or shells yourself, feel free to bring them along, and we'll work together to see how we can incorporate them into your piece of jewelry.
What can I make?
You can choose between a gold or silver stainless steel necklace or bracelet, or sterling silver earrings. We will explain everything else to you on site.

Behind Salty Dreamers are just two people with true passion and a huge love for jewelry and creativity. We don't do mass events—every workshop is personal, lively, and unique because we're right there with you, helping out. If there's one thing we're good at, it's nurturing creativity. Can I bring my own materials or found objects?
Yes, absolutely! If you have collected treasures from the beach yourself, such as sea glass or shells, just bring them along. We'll work together to see how we can incorporate them into your piece of jewelry. We even have a drill on-site and can drill holes as needed.
Where is the workshop taking place?
We are very flexible when it comes to planning: you are welcome to organize a suitable venue yourselves, hold the workshop at someone's home, or we can look for a nice option together. So far, we have had particularly good experiences with Café Alma and the Anschar Campus in Kiel—both cozy places with a relaxed atmosphere. We always coordinate the exact details regarding the venue with you individually.
What's included in the price?
All tools, materials, and accessories are provided. You will create your own piece of jewelry to take home with you at the end. If you would like to make more than one piece, you can create additional pieces on site for a small material fee of approximately €14–16 per additional piece.
How long is the workshop?
The workshop lasts about 3 hours. This is enough time to assemble a piece of jewelry at your leisure and spend time together in a relaxed atmosphere. At our private events, most people also manage to create a second piece of jewelry, which is possible for an additional charge.
